Q: What kind of business does your company do?

A: We are the professional steel manufacturer in China for Steel Pipe/Bar with stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized, and other steel materials.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance.

Payment >= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance based on BL copy or LC at sight.

Q: What about the price?

A: Our prices are very competitive because of the advantages of direct factory sales.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Different products have different delivery time. 

The products will be delivered as soon as possible on the basis of the quality assurance.

Usually the delivery time is within 7-15 days after we received your advance.

Q: Will you can accept the customized and OEM products?

A: Yes, we can produce according to your drawings and your logo.

We have very excellent design colleagues and development teams, so the feedback on customized products is also very good.

Q: How about the samples, Is it free to extra fees?

A: Yes,we would like to supply the samples before order, if the samples from stock, it will be free.

If the samples from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.

Q: How to control and guarantee your shipment quality?

A: 1) All our factories are ISO9001 certified facility;

2) World famous origin mills as TiscoSteel, JiuSteel, Baosteel;

3) Ex factory inspection by our own laboratory;

4) SGS/BV Third party inspection before delivery.
